Kurtis was furious, and immediately shouted, "Teach them a lesson and show them who's in charge here."

Kurtis's subordinates immediately rushed toward Wilbur and others.

Wendy screamed fearfully and pulled Ethan back. However, Ethan was unable to move, and she almost dragged him off his feet.

His men struggled to get up and hurriedly ran out. The few punches from Wilbur just now almost killed them, so they could not wait to get away from Wilbur.

Seeing Kurtis leading his men away, Faron said, "Don't you think we're letting Kurtis off a little too easily?"

Therefore, he sent Kurtis over to persuade Ethan from causing trouble. If Ethan had been obedient and agreed to not cause any trouble, this matter would have been settled.

However, Ethan might put his life at risk if he insisted on wreaking havoc. On top of that, they had just beaten Kurtis' men up. Milton would stop at nothing to make Ethan pay now.
